TommyLog – @Meetmeme Customer Service Just Rocks!

Under the wire and pressed for time, I forgot to order new Meet-meme cards for my Graphic Users Association trip till Thursday. I asked Anna if I order them on Thursday could I get them by Saturday. She said yes. Little did I know she would need to FED-EX them Saturday delivery to get them to me.

THAT’S AWESOME Customer service. That is how it is done. I appreciate all the people at Meet-Meme and the hard work they did. These cards really help differentiate you in the overcrowded business card market. Why have a plain dull card when you can have one of these babies!

TommyLog – Just Say Thank You!

Trying out my iPhone 4S for today’s Tommylog. lets see how this goes. I broke the tripod for my Kodak camaera, so while I get a new one, we shall do this…

Happy 2012 to all my friends and family! I’m so excited that I have you in my life. Today I want to talk about saying thank you. Short and sweet, we need to say thank you more often.

HUGE win for Applebees. Service was really poor! Meal took well over 45 min to come out of the kitchen. No refills on drinks and poor communication from the server. Manager rocked and comp’d our meal for the 7 of us. Totally unexpected! This one action GUARANTEED we will be back!

Today I received a package from NTI Network Technologies Inc and I’m stunned at the amazing customer experience I found when I opened the box.  The sent a personally signed thank you card. WOW!!! This is how you do customer service!! This is how you differentiate yourself from the competition.

TommyLog: Peter Shankman Speaks #prsanew

I had the opportunity of hearing PR expert Peter Shankman speak as part of the PRSA’s 10th anniversary event in Green Bay. he was a joy to listen to and just so high energy. I think he drank 4-5 cans of diet coke during his speach and people think I drink a lot.

He gave us 4 rules to live by…for better customer service and to better connect. Just brilliant!!! So simple, yet so perfect!

Thanks Peter for taking the time to comer to GB to inspire us!

My Point of View – Customer Service
