Today I want to focus on serving others and following the amazing example of Clara who is away at MDA camp. This made me think on how much better the world would be if we just put others first!

TommyLog TECH – Spring Cleaning Your IOS Device
Hey kids, it’s Tommy and for today’s TommyLog TECH I want to talk about doing a little spring cleaning on your IOS devise. Last night I was watching a movie with my sweetheart on my iPad. A quarter of the way though the movie I got an error message saying that I was out of memory. How could that be? I have a 32 GB IPad Air and I should have plenty of free storage space.
Well enough of this, I’m going to do some spring cleaning here. What I did applies to any late model IOS device, iPad, iPod Touch or iPhone.
First you need to make sure you have a good backup. I use Apple’s iCloud service but you can use iTunes too. Here’s a great article from apple on backing up you iDevice https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203977
After you have verified and backed up your devise you need to reset it. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201274
After resetting, reload your saved settings and apps from either your iCloud or iTunes backup and BAM!
It’s that simple- and welcome back free space 🙂 BEFORE 1.25 GB free space – AFTER 15.4 GB free space.

Who can forget all those Clifford family Christmas pictures that look so effortless, but yet took hours and hours and loads of tears to get just right. Kids, whats your favorite childhood memory?

TommyLog – Never Be Afraid to Show Emotion
Today I had the pleasure of being a part of a ribbon cutting of the newest Boy’s and Girl’s Club in Menasha. On of the biggest advocates int eh area was John Bergstrom. John is such a huge philanthropist in the area and worked tirelessly to see this new club be a reality. In his speak, he broke down and cried. I thought that was so cool that someone like that could show his emotion for the situation. Never be afraid to show emotion!
