So last night we had a mini flood in the basement. Turns out that our sewer to the street was blocked by roots and other “stuff” So its 9 PM at night, what do you do? You Call Speedy Clean to make a house call. They used HUGE tunnel boring machine to snake the pipe between the house and our street. Took him no less than 20 minutes to solve our water filled problems.
Things in life go so much better when you have the proper tools.
I’m stunned at the devastation on the east coast. The water, the sand and the pain. At first I really thought mayor Bloomberg was on top of this and that help was on its way. Now I hear that the New York City marathon is still going on with all this tragedy, I’m just at a loss for words. How can you invite 40,000 plus people to your house, when your house is a mess and you can’t even take care of your own?
I have no idea what they are thinking and the backlash from this WILL BE HUGE!!! They are already getting punished in social media. Just wait as the days draw closer to Sunday’s race. I believe this is a breach of leadership and one that they should be ashamed with if they let this go on!
