TommyLog – The Eagle has Landed

Well kids after about 10 days of self imposed radio silence, it’s time to take the wrapper off my shiny new job. I have been hired by Seaway printing in Green Bay, WI to be their Director of technology and I could not be more excited.

So many great new people to meet and things to so. I have been welcomed with open arms and the task list is growing by the moment. Better get working!

TommyLog – Upwards and Onward!

Well the cat is out of the bag. I have put in my 2 weeks notice at my current working place and now I’m off to bigger things. My time here has been amazing, but new opportunities come and this one was just too great to pass up.

It’s the hard to say goodbye, but the smile is just so wide on my face with the possibilities here.

Getting Hands Dirty – Working in the plant

Today I had a chance of spending the day, well not the whole day, in the plant. I worked on a tab printing machine. I put mylar on tabs. I die cut tabs and sorted and collated tabs. So many great people to meet, so little time. I even got the nameplate for my door, how exciting.
