Managers stick to rules and leaders inspire you. The sign of a great leader is 3 fold.

2 – Break down barriers to getting your job done
3 – Get out of your way

Tommy III goes on his first Cub Scout camp out and Tommytrc talks about his days as a scouter. The Sub Scout and Boy Scout program has had a profound effect on my life. My leaders taught me a great deal. I now can see the influence Tommys scout leaders are having on his life. The circle continues and so does the great Scouting program!
