From the moment I opened the ConferenceCam Connect, I fell in love with it and so did my daughter Emma. She called it a “Tech Multi-Tool” and I could not agree more. Where can you find a 1080P video camera, Bluetooth and NFC enabled speaker phone as well as a WIFI screen mirroring functionality – all in a battery operated sleek designed package? You will be hard pressed to find all these great features in one place.

TommyLog – We go on because it’s 11:30

I’m reading Tina Fey’s book Bossy Pants and stumbled on a great quote from long time SNL producer Lorne Michaels

“We don’t go on because we’re ready; we go on because it’s 11:30”

We need to be ready to go on. We need to plan and be prepared. As prepare for high school graduation, or a play, or choir concert or dance recital, we all have to be ready. The show must go on and waits for no one!

Parent Teacher Conference

It’s parent teacher conference time for Tommy and Clara. Jody and I always go to conferences together so we can better understand exactly how the kiddies are doing. Well and per usual, the both got glowing reviews. Not so when i was their age. I’m sure Tom & Sharon hated having to sit with my teachers and hear how terrible I was. Mrs. Messner, Mr. Nagle & Mr Domm all had a hit and had it out for Tommy. I was a great kid, too bad, no one knew it :)~
