What a great way to put it Tommy. I enjoyed this vlog on respect very much. It’s too true that so many are scared in the workplace, and out of the workplace as well (fear of getting a job because of lack of respect). I wish everyone could have as great a job as you do now. You seem to really enjoy it.
Well said and with complete freedom for a change? Nice to be on the OTHER side of the Berlin Wall, huh? It’s no fun waking up everyday waiting for the next contrived review, paycut or pinkslip. There’s a huge difference in respecting and celebrating the employees that make your business hum vs, trying to dominate them into compliance! Sounds like the Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sausages are bringing the color back into your rainbow (random commercial reference ;-))
