  1. Listening is definitely important. Whether it is in a collaborate environment where multiple egos are fighting for the stage, whether it is to your customers, or whether it is just to the general “landscape” considering as many different possible perspectives as possible.

    Making sure that someone else is heard is fairly important to validate what is important to them, but probably in most instances to better understand ourselves and the relationships we are in.
