Trust is one thing that takes years to build and seconds to be dashed. Take the BP Oil spill for instance. Years of BP trust and loyalty are killed in a matter of moments. Why is the 99 good things replaced by 1 bad thing. Trust can be killed in an instant. Rememeber that kids!

I think we also have to recognise the value of forgiveness and the realisation that accidents happen. With that said it’s apparent that BP cut corners that led to the current situation
