TommyLog – Papa John’s Does It Right!!

Today I talk about the Papa John’s receipt social media boondoggle. I’m pleased with how well they handled the issue where an employee wrote a defamatory comment on a receipt and the subsequent outcry from social media. If they had not been listening to their social media channels, or had not answers, this black eye would have been so much worse.
