Hey, kids, it’s dad, and for the past week I have been in Ohio for training. The new tools that I am learning are pretty overwhelming. It’s just so much information to learn. Years and years of tribal knowledge all pushed into your lap overnight. I was really starting to get worried about how much I needed to learn.
This week I met an associate who told me to take a few steps backward. Stop focusing on the big picture and zoom in and look at the small elements. The entire process can be overwhelming, but when you take big items and break them into smaller chunks, makes this much more manageable. I’m thankful for Eric and for what he taught me. It’s a very powerful lesson. Kids when things seem overwhelming, Break those big items into manageable chunks and things go that much smoother.
