This week had a less the positive experience with Urgent care and an Affinity doctor. I talked with Affinity customer care and had a very nice conversation. Talked with a long tie twitter friend today via phone call. its so nice just to pick up the phone and chat with someone. THAT ROCKED!!!! Sometimes just pick up the phone!
I agree…about the phone thing. And I do tend to be somewhat phone-phobic. I have to really be in the mood. But if the time is right…there’s Nothing like a great conversation…especially if it can be had while you’re in the bath tub~!
Another note: I’ve been reading as many good comments about customer service lately as I have read bad. Seems like people (corps) are paying attention…maybe…;-)
