10 Years of AWESOME!! @lisaredshoespr

Hey, kids, it’s Dad. Today I want to talk to you about a success story 10 years in the making. This year Red Shoes PR turns 10 years old. What an amazing story.

Lisa Cruz and her team of awesome “shoes” started something from nothing and built a public relations empire here in Appleton Wisconsin. To celebrate their sending out red shoes PR “happy socks” as my friend Dawn like to call them.

Congratulations to the entire Red Shoes PR team. Many have come and gone over 10 years but you all played a huge role in the success of this Appleton institution. So many things can be learned from this success story. I know it didn’t come easy, and I’m sure there were times that they wanted to throw in the towel, but they still stuck with it and they have been successful!!

Break Big Items into Little Pieces

Hey, kids, it’s dad, and for the past week I have been in Ohio for training. The new tools that I am learning are pretty overwhelming. It’s just so much information to learn. Years and years of tribal knowledge all pushed into your lap overnight. I was really starting to get worried about how much I needed to learn.

This week I met an associate who told me to take a few steps backward. Stop focusing on the big picture and zoom in and look at the small elements. The entire process can be overwhelming, but when you take big items and break them into smaller chunks, makes this much more manageable. I’m thankful for Eric and for what he taught me. It’s a very powerful lesson. Kids when things seem overwhelming, Break those big items into manageable chunks and things go that much smoother.

Operation Gallbladder!

Hey kids, it’s Dad and today I want to talk all about my gallbladder surgery and the recovery. WOW what an amazing 2 week period it has been. You have all been along for the ride and it has been a dandy!

I am so thankful for all the medical staff who took such good care of me along the way. I am so blessed!

5 Days of Awesome!

Hey kids, it’s Dad. Day 5 is here and time for day 5 envelope! What a blessing this has been. My family means the world to me and clearly I mean a lot to them also.

I have made some amazing new team makes and hopefully long time friends! I think i’m going to like it here!
